Screen-Printing

Similar to stencil work except that a screen of fine silk, nylon, polyester or metal mesh is employed. Certain areas of the screen are applied to the fabric by a squeegee to form the pattern. Separate screens are used for each colour in the pattern. More expensive than roller printing, but for limited yardage and more delicate designs, often more economical. Graphic application method capable of printing great detail and colour.
